Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing our website. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when accessing our website.
Unfortunately, arriving late will limit the time of your session, particularly if there is another appointment after yours. Kindly respect that other clients have booked appointments after you and will not be kept waiting.
We understand that situations may arise that may cause you to reschedule the appointment time or day. We ask you to kindly give us a minimum of 12 hours’ notice so that another client can be given the opportunity to schedule a session.
Not Showing Up
MONTARA reserves the right to refuse service to clients who had not shown up for a previous appointment without any reason or call.
We do not support refund policies for any purchased items.
We do not support the returns of a product unless the hair extensions were faulty when received or were damaged during delivery. In such cases, we will allow for the faulty item to be returned in exchange for a brand new set. No refund will be made for return items except an exchange.

The merchandise must be unused or unwashed and in its original packaging.

All goods will be inspected upon return and must comply with the terms & conditions to qualify for an exchange.

Any product defect needs to be emailed to us at support@montara.com.sg within 3 days of receiving the item. Once approved and qualified for an exchange, we will replace the item with a new set. The faulty or damaged item can be returned to us at the time of replacement at our hair studio.
We have tried our best to display the color tones as close to the actual shades of the extensions. However, they may appear different depending on the colors of your monitor.

Incorrect selection of hair color will not be eligible for return and exchange. If you are unsure of how the color really looks, you are advised to drop by our studio and examine the colors in person before proceeding with your purchase.
We assure you of the quality of our products, however, it is your commitment to maintain your product by brushing regularly, properly storing extensions and avoiding activities that might potentially damage them. We will not be held responsible for any damage to the extensions due to negligence.
